Who this covers

This policy covers mgkcodes.com. The site is run by MGKCodes Ltd, which is responsible for what it collects. Each product the studio ships has its own policy, listed at the end.

Messages you send

The contact form asks for your email address and a message. Both are sent to the studio by email through Resend, the studio's email provider, and used only to reply. Messages stay in the studio's inbox while the conversation is useful. Ask, and they are deleted.

Visits

The site runs on Vercel. Vercel Web Analytics counts page views, and Vercel Speed Insights measures how fast pages load, both without cookies and without identifying individual visitors. Vercel also keeps short-lived server logs, such as IP address and browser, to keep the site running and secure.

The site sets no advertising or tracking cookies. Fonts are served from mgkcodes.com, not Google.

Products shown on this site

The home page and the projects page show each product's live site inside this one. Those pages load from their own addresses and follow their own policies. Links to LinkedIn, Instagram, Threads and X are plain links: nothing from those services loads until you follow one.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask what the studio holds about you, have it corrected, or have it deleted. Email hello@mgkcodes.com. If you are unhappy with the answer, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
